2008 Signing: $2850 at 17% for the first signing group from Citrus Energy.
The Offer was negotiated by Chris Robinson (Raegayle LLC) for specific townships.
Robinson negotiated this deal from the Wyoming County Landowners Group base benchmark

of $2260 and 16%.
For his negotiations Robinson received 15% of the betterment to $2850 and 17%.
Thus landowner (lessor) received $2761.50 per net acre leased bonus;
and Raegayle received $88.50 per net acre leased.

2009 Signing: $5750 at 20% for balance of group signing with Chesapeake. The group negotiated directly with Chesapeake and there were no additional fees.
